With projects in 48 states, we're expanding our team and seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join us at our Corporate Office.</p> <p>No sales required - just your expertise.</p> <p>Relocation to the Nashville area is required.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare comprehensive and accurate bid proposals, including detailed breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate timely cost estimates for commercial roofing construction projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay up to date on industry trends, pricing, and regulations to maintain competitiveness and compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate project opportunities and create clear scopes, budgets, and timelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Transition awarded bids to the Production team to ensure efficient project launch and execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and partners to gather necessary information and meet project requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in pre-bid meetings as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience in commercial roofing estimating, both low slope and steep slope.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial roofing systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in project take-offs and reading roofing plans/specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Excel; knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff and Pictometry is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive compensation</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) with employer match</p> </li><li> <p>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Company-paid life insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Paid time off (PTO)</p> </li><li> <p>Paid Holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Positive, family oriented working environment</p> </li></ul>
