And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered - and we couldn't do it without you.</p> <p>Make a Difference</p> <p>We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Workday HCM Lead Analyst to support and optimize our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role serves as a subject matter expert across modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.</p> <p>The Lead Analyst will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and ensure system integrity and performance. Responsibilities include mentoring junior analysts, managing small to mid-sized projects, and bridging technology with business needs across our caregiver community. A strong understanding of Workday functionality, security, reporting, and integration is essential.</p> <p>If you're passionate about driving HR technology solutions and enhancing operational efficiency, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>Exceptional Skills and Qualifications</p> <p>Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. </li><li>In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered. </li><li>Proven experience in Workday configuration, reporting (Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields), and security required. </li><li>Six (6) years in HRIS or IT roles, with at least 4 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience required. </li><li>Previous experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) is a plus. </li><li>Workday Core HCM Certification preferred. </li><li>Proven experience with Workday HCM modules and full-cycle implementations. </li><li>Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. </li><li>Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members. </li><li>Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and report development. </li><li>Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. </li><li>Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality. </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and process improvement. </li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and servant leadership principles. </li><li>This position will work a hybrid schedule, with the expectation to work on-site per the needs of the department. </li></ul> <p>Why Community?</p> <p>At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
