Our comprehensive line of products includes: pipe couplings, plain-end fittings, valves, cast and malleable iron fittings, forged steel fittings, steel pipe nipples and couplings, pipe hangers and hardware, channel and strut fittings, mining and oil field fittings, and much more.</p> <p>As a CNC Operator at ASC, you will work in the Machine shop and have the opportunity to perform all CNC operations pertaining to the machining of threaded pipe fittings and to ensure the safety of all functions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Essential Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Operator trained to load a part safely, start the machine cycle and remove the part when completed. Perform a visual quality inspection of the part. Notify the supervisor or lead of any issues </li><li>Operate all CNC Equipment (mills/lathes) </li><li>Complete necessary product quality inspections and documentation </li><li>Place completed parts in the appropriate container </li><li>How to use the Emergency-stop in the event of a machine malfunction or unusual noise </li><li>Must maintain quality & productivity objectives in single and multiple equipment operation </li><li>Capable of learning how to report daily production in M3 </li><li>Must be trainable in the use of precise measuring equipment & quality inspection. </li><li>Must be able to comprehend product identification and quality standards </li></ul> <p>Benefits & Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Starting pay rate $20.09 </li><li>$2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift </li><li>Standard shift Monday-Friday </li><li>Offered Over Time </li><li>Sundays off </li><li>Health benefits, on-site nurse, 401k and Paid Holidays after 90 days </li><li>Career advancement opportunities, on-site training, steel toe reimbursement </li></ul> <p>ASC Engineered Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
