Pay Range: $18.00 - $34.66/hourly Available Schedule(s): 7:00am-3:30pm, with rotating of weekends, holidays # on-call # LPN/Anesthesia Technician Position Responsibilities: Assists the Anesthesia team in the preparation setup of surgical cases Cleaning, maintaining, and stocking the anesthesia equipment and carts between cases. Responds to requests for additional equipment/supplies during surgical cases and expedites the turnover between cases in a timely manner. Initiates patient monitoring prior to patient induction under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist/Anesthetist. Provides incidental teaching while supporting and reinforcing the established plan of care. LPN/Anesthesia Technician Position Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York. Must have BLS (Basic Life Support) certification at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire. Current certification with the Association of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians preferred. Minimum of one (1) year previous LPN experience in a#direct patient care#setting required.
