Supports the operational needs and goals of the department. Incumbents in this position are expected to role model a professional, service-minded behavior.</p> <p>Exceptional Skills and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required. </li><li>Valid Indiana Driver's License required. </li><li>Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and/or Public Safety preferred. </li><li>Prior law enforcement experience preferred. </li><li>Ability to perform basic computer functions. </li><li>Ability to work effectively within a team environment. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. </li><li>Ability to effectively manage conflicts. </li><li>Ability to effectively manage negotiations. </li><li>Ability to effectively use interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to empathize/relate with others. </li></ul> <p>Why Community?</p> <p>At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
