Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served </li><li>Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks </li><li>Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation of food items for all food outlets on the property </li><li>Carefully follow standard recipes while preparing all assigned items </li><li>Assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager with conducting a monthly food/supplies inventory </li><li>Understand how to properly use and maintain the equipment </li><li>Perform necessary clean-up and sanitation maintenance activities for all food preparation and storage facilities as directed by the Chef/Kitchen Manager </li><li>Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils </li><li>Carry clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas </li><li>Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed </li><li>Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests </li><li>Maintain an organized workstation and side work duties </li><li>Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sale system </li><li>Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders </li><li>Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques </li><li>Practice tray service for all food and beverage service </li><li>Incorporate safe work practices in job performance </li><li>Stock and clean beverage cart throughout the day </li><li>Perform other duties as required </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrates good energy and motivation</p> </li><li> <p>Regular and reliable attendance</p> </li></ul>
