<p>Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for leading organizational change initiatives, driving improvements in efficiency and adaptability. Analyzes current processes, develops transformation plans and oversees their execution. Serves as a liaison between the Business Analysts, Project Manager and various departments. Responsible for translating business needs to IT solutions, and vice versa, ensuring strategic alignment.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.</p> <p>Licenses/Certifications: None required.</p> <p>Experience: Five or more years of combined experience in requirements development, operations analysis, business management consulting, or a related discipline. Previous management experience. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>A: Job Specific:</p> <ul> <li>Analyzes current processes, technologies and strategies to identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Creates comprehensive strategies and roadmaps to guide the transformation process. </li><li>Oversees the execution of the transformation initiatives, including timelines and resource allocation. </li><li>Guides employees through the changes associated with the process, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new process(s). This may include organizing or providing training. </li><li>Engages with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to secure buy-in and support of the change. </li><li>Tracks progress, measures results and adjusts as needed. </li><li>Mentors the team by providing expert advice, suggestions, clarifying doubts and solving technical/functional issues. </li><li>Analyzes system impacts to other systems and procedures. </li><li>Writes test plans and test cases to ensure enhancements made to applications meet Bank needs and application integrity is maintained. </li><li>Works with HR to recruit for vacancies, initiate corrective action and/or development plans, evaluate performance and develop staff members. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communications at both business and deep technical levels. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems development life cycles and other modern approaches to software development and conversion methodologies. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in application development in objective-oriented development or other relevant technology. </li><li>Strong understanding of and experience with process improvement and process mapping. </li><li>Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment; especially Excel formulas and pivot tables. </li><li>Strong leadership skills, dependable, curious, matrix-oriented, a visionary, solution oriented, delivers exemplary customer service and quality focused. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong knowledge of the business area that is being supported. </li><li>Self-directed and motivated. </li><li>The ability to manage multiple tasks. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills. </li><li>Technical writing. </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, technical manuals and memos. </li><li>Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, vendors and management staff. </li><li>Ability to effectively present information to individuals one-on-one or a small group setting. </li><li>Ability to articulate technical concepts to end-users. </li><li>Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment. </li><li>Project Management skills. </li></ul> <p>Sutton Bank is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
