You will design and enhance chatbot solutions by developing conversational workflows and improving intent recognition through curated training datasets.</p> <p>Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Developer job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design and develop chatbot solutions using IBM WatsonX Orchestrate or similar conversational AI platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Train and optimize intent recognition models by curating and improving training datasets.</p> </li><li> <p>Apply Conversational AI best practices, including NLP techniques and training data optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Integrate chatbots with enterprise systems and APIs for seamless functionality.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in Agile development processes, including CI/CD, unit testing, and source code management.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of conversational workflows.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 5+ years of software delivery experience, including 3+ years developing chatbots and applying NLP best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on expertise with IBM WatsonX Orchestrate or similar conversational AI tools (e.g., Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex) and training intent recognition models.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong backend development skills in Java, Node.js, or Python, with experience in CI/CD, Git, and Agile environments.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
