Join us on this exciting journey to build something great, and play a key role in shaping the future of property management, making a lasting impact on our clients and the communities we serve.</p> <p>POSITION OVERVIEW</p> <p>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Home Inspector to join our team. This role requires travel using a personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursement provided, to service the market. You will be responsible for performing on-site inspections, and light maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable with long-distance travel.</p> <p>This role is responsible for inspecting the structural and functional aspects of a rental property to ensure it complies with safety and habitability laws. These inspectors thoroughly examine various components of a rental property, including electrical systems, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, roofing, and overall structural integrity. Their primary goal is to identify potential hazards, maintenance issues, or code violations, providing owners and property managers with a comprehensive report.
