Strong candidates include:</p> <ul> <li>High School Principals or Assistant Principals, particularly those with CTE program oversight or athletic coaching experience </li><li>Academic leaders from trade schools, technical colleges, or career training institutions </li><li>Directors of Career and Technical Education programs </li><li>Leaders from community colleges with workforce development focus </li></ul> <p>Note: This role requires experience leading adolescent or adult learners in career-focused educational settings.
