<p>Meta is looking for an experienced, self-driven Anaplan Application Manager who is responsible to deliver scalable solutions to enable high impact business outcomes and ensure availability, performance, efficient operation and support of Anaplan.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience with enabling and improving business processes with Anaplan along with a proven history of successfully managing Anaplan at scale. The Meta Application Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop product strategy, roadmaps, design, build, and deploy Anaplan solutions, dashboards, and reports, ensuring they align with business objectives, requirements and metrics. The candidate will also be responsible for planning, project delivery, and managing stakeholder engagement, training and communications and providing support to end users.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience road mapping, planning, developing, implementing and supporting Anaplan Self-starter with capacity to work independently while managing multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced environment Experience with managing professional services vendors Demonstrated experience to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment, build consensus and promote the exchange of information. Demonstrated expertise effectively collaborating with stakeholders and users Anaplan technical skills Experience driving business outcomes by analyzing Service Level Agreements, priority, and operational metrics. Prior experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions and system interfaces Master's degree and/or equivalent experience in Finance, Information Technology or Business Administration Certified Anaplan Solution Architect Working knowledge of financial or sales planning Implementation of Anaplan in 2+ companies Prior experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Agile methodologies Demonstrated working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) - SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL in Oracle, PartiQL in AWS, SAS</p>
