<p>The successful candidate will oversee the Repair and Refurbishment departments, and all of its support functions for Envipco's U.S. operations. Will be responsible for supplying all of Envipco's satellite service operations with quality repaired and refurbished equipment. This position will utilize experience and expertise to solve problems, help develop and execute plans to ensure team success. Strive to have a positive impact on both the Envipco team and all outside customers. Refurbishment of returned equipment back to established standards. Set individual work assignments and priorities based on pending orders.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be able to successfully lead a small dynamic team and have the capacity to grow and drive that team as the company expands</p> </li><li> <p>Setting and monitoring targets to achieve goals based on the company's growth plan. Monitoring and reporting on KPI's to maintain key efficiencies and budgets</p> </li><li> <p>Regular and structured communication of objectives and progress</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and ensures accurate monthly reporting to Executive Team, detailing any projects that have been in process, and any other topics as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures all company Process and procedures are adhered to</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates and promotes a positive working culture, helps guide and develop talent.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have good understanding of basic mechanical, and electromechanical fundamentals.</p> </li><li> <p>Consistently and aggressively track workloads and performance to assure quality standards. monitor part usages and inventory levels and assure accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot problems and implement quality check to assure correction</p> </li><li> <p>Additional duties as required</p> </li></ul>
