Prospect has a long-term, value-oriented approach that employs fundamental bottoms-up research to identify investments that offer attractive risk and reward.</p> <p>With offices in New York City, Connecticut, and Florida, the firm is comprised of 150+ experienced professionals who value entrepreneurship, intellectual rigor, hard work and continuous improvement.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>The CRM Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the capital raising teams at Prospect fully leverage the benefits of the Salesforce platform. This role oversees system performance, manages user access, and drives adoption across departments. This person will maintain data integrity, configure workflows, and provide support to maximize Salesforce capabilities. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Manage all aspects of user and license administration, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups. </li><li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user support tickets. </li><li>Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders to design effective Salesforce solutions. </li><li>Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. </li><li>Support and optimize system integrations and ensure smooth execution of upgrades. </li><li>Provide ongoing user training, develop training materials, and promote best practices to improve adoption. </li><li>Maintain data quality through regular audits, cleansing, and system checks. </li><li>Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance productivity. </li></ul> <p>Requirements and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience with Salesforce in a similar CRM administration role. </li><li>Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification a plus. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and functionality. </li><li>Hands-on experience with system configuration, user management, and security best practices. </li><li>Experience supporting integrations and managing system upgrades. </li><li>Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. </li></ul> <p>The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is plus an annual discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and performance.</p> <p>In addition to the base salary, the hired professional is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, and AD&D.
