<p>Job Summary</p> <ul> <li>Feralloy's Kentucky location is seeking a qualified Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time salaried role requires strong administrative, decision-making, and communication skills, along with knowledge of steel applications and market conditions. Creativity and multitasking are essential. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>Walk(Move, Traverse), Talk/hear(Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information)</p> <p>Function in the Job</p> <p>Medium/Heavy work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.</p> <p>Job Function</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through responsive service and accurate order </li></ul> <p>fulfillment.</p> <ul> <li>Handle inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential leads via phone and email. </li><li>Provide quotes, process orders, and communicate effectively regarding material applications and </li></ul> <p>delivery timelines.</p> <ul> <li>Research prospective leads, identify customer buying trends, and report findings to management on a </li></ul> <p>weekly/monthly basis.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update CRM records with lead, prospect, and opportunity information. </li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. </li><li>Support the Service Manager with additional duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li></li><li>3 years experience in a Business/Sales environment. </li><li>1-3 years of sales experience preferred. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. </li><li>Experience with Salesforce and/or AS400 is a plus. </li><li>Sheet Metal: 1 year </li><li>Customer Service: 3 years </li></ul>
