The Data Governance - Technology Managerplays a key role in ensuring that our technology practices align with regulatory requirements and industry standards, driving the strategic direction of technology governance, and fostering a culture of compliance and risk management across the organization. This role will have a significant impact on maintaining the integrity and security of our technology operations, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients and community.</p> <p>The Data Governance - Technology Manager will:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement technology governance frameworks and policies. </li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. </li><li>Build and establish and robust technology governance function across all technology domains. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate governance practices into technology projects. </li><li>Monitor and report on technology governance metrics and KPIs. </li><li>Provide guidance and training to staff on governance policies and procedures. </li><li>Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement in technology governance practices. </li><li>Oversee the development and maintenance of documentation related to technology governance. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology governance, risk management, or compliance. </li><li>In depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR). </li><li>Proven experience in leading risk assessments and audits. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT) are a plus. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; master's degree preferred. </li><li>A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. </li></ul> <p>Work Location:</p> <p>Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047</p> <p>The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
