<p>Compensation: $100,000 to $115,000 Depending on Experience</p> <p>General Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain open communication lines with all working relationships </li><li>Follow up to ensure items for which the job is accountable are performed </li><li>Earn and maintain customer's trust </li><li>Uphold the core values of the organization </li><li>Work well with others to accomplish the mission of the organization and of the job </li></ul> <p>Specific Responsibilities</p> <p>Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Supervise all project personnel </li><li>Take responsibility for productivity, safety, and safety audits. </li><li>Perform job walks to ensure: </li></ul> <p>o Employees are wearing Personal Protective Equipment and tools</p> <p>o Employees are working safely and productively</p> <p>o Tools and material are located in close proximity to work performed</p> <p>o The installation is up to standard</p> <ul> <li>Take ultimate responsibility for the billings, understanding the job well enough to front end bill it. </li><li>Constantly train the project manager's replacement. Train and coach, the field people and be supportive, identifying future leaders of the company. </li><li>Active in improving the overall safety culture of the company </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Engage and help to develop new Encore standards and processes and hold others accountable to them </li><li>Participate in Project Manager meetings </li><li>Help to develop phase codes for the project </li></ul> <p>Risk Management</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in developing budgets and forecasting </li><li>Adequate understanding of the project schedule to provide input to your Superintendent on accurate man loading </li><li>Ability to write commodity purchase order from the installation estimate </li><li>Manage subcontractors and vendors at financial level </li><li>Proficient in estimating change orders on a project </li><li>Assist project team with labor cost codes for the project </li><li>Ensure all parties to the job, at all levels of the job, apply their time into the proper phase code for time keeping </li><li>Create change estimates to any changes to the project </li><li>Perform a detailed installation estimate on lighting, gear, special systems, and committed material to verify quantities from the estimate developed through project development </li><li>Proficiency with material procurement processes, including quoting, procuring, receiving, tracking </li><li>Proficient in the cost to complete process and monthly forecasting </li></ul> <p>Customer Service</p> <ul> <li>Ability to have fierce conversations with customers and other trade partners </li><li>Take ultimate responsibility for submittals </li><li>Assist with submittal creation and procurement of material </li><li>Make certain purchase orders are written and that the project is current on changing orders to the purchase orders </li><li>Coordinate and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders </li><li>Ensure proper maintenance of construction documents </li><li>Actively engage in any required meetings </li><li>Ensure the proper permit is obtained in the jurisdiction for the job location </li><li>Understand the permitting process and what the wiring methods are in different jurisdiction • Responsible for project closeout documentation </li><li>Prior to completion, involves the service department so they know the job and are introduced to the owner to maintain the relationship </li><li>Assist closing out the job with vendors </li></ul> <p>General</p> <ul> <li>Comfortable and Confident in providing value to a project interview </li><li>Effectively work with and support Preconstruction Services </li><li>Accurate and consistent man loading of your project scope </li><li>Work with project team to set up the job </li><li>Understanding of how to effectively utilize support service groups </li><li>Work with the project team to build an information sheet and map to the jobsite. </li><li>Strong communications with the entire project team (Internal and External) </li><li>Ability to navigate Project Management System Remote Travel </li><li>This may be agreed upon or required for this position </li><li>If applicable, remote travel is compensated for at an agreed upon inflated rate in comparison to local Project Managers -
