<p>The pay range for this position is $44.15-69.00</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Manages hospice activities, workflow and nursing resources.</p> <p>Education/Licenses:</p> <p>Registered Nurse professional licensure/certification required.</p> <p>Experience:</p> <p>3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Accountable for all hospice functions, including staffing patterns, computer/data management activity, clinical medical record preparation and processing, insurance verification and documentation, inventory control, corporate responsibility/improvements activities and resolution of internal and external complaints and concerns. </li><li>Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the day-to-day leadership of operations and the strategic development of hospice. </li><li>Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff. </li><li>Monitors and adheres to budget.
