This position will manage the valuation of over 1,200 industrial assets in the Central Region of the Americas and will be a key member of a five-member valuations team based in San Francisco, Chicago, and Atlanta.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Take comprehensive day-to-day responsibility for valuation of a portion of the Prologis US business; lead a team of analysts/associates in that process</p> </li><li> <p>Manage a high volume of activity that could exceed $9B in assets, 400 buildings, and 15-20 appraiser relationships</p> </li><li> <p>Interface with internal stakeholders to assess building values and track market data, including sales and lease comparables, in several markets across the U.S.</p> </li><li> <p>Take lead role in training junior staff on valuation concepts and tools (e.g., Argus Enterprise)</p> </li><li> <p>Manage internal databases and information flow using Yardi, Argus, Excel, and Tableau</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate quarterly results and key market trends to the CIO, Prologis' private-capital fund investors, and other Prologis stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Provide underwriting support on occasional corporate projects, possibly to include portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, or re-capitalizations</p> </li></ul> <p>Building blocks for success</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of relevant appraisal / valuations experience</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience with Argus Enterprise and MS Excel</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel up to 20% of the time</p> </li><li> <p>Strong financial acumen</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical capabilities</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics </li></ul> <p>Hiring Salary Range of: $122,000-$153,000.
