We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce, reflecting the communities we serve.</p> <p>If you are ready to make a difference as part of the world's greatest sports team, apply to join our team today!</p> <p>OVERVIEW:</p> <p>Job Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operates busy, multi-line Cisco telephone console to receive incoming calls and transfers callers to the appropriate resource.</p> </li><li> <p>Greets visitors in a friendly, professional manner , directs them to the appropriate area and notifies the DSG Teammate of their arrival.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists Security staff in giving direction to visitors and Teammates regarding check-in procedures and Security policies, plus locations of meetings and events.</p> </li><li> <p>Administers meeting-scheduling (Outlook) for meeting spaces throughout the campus. Screens and approves requests for conference spaces. Assists with closing rooms for maintenance purposes.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates custom furniture layouts, audio/visual and other equipment requests, for meetings. Frequently relocates and repurposes meeting venues based on last-minute changes and demand for space.</p> </li><li> <p>Other general administrative tasks in support of the Director of Corporate Facilities.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>1 - 3 Years</p> </li><li> <p>At least 2 years of previous receptionist experience in a busy office environment.</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-SL1</p>
