<p>LINE PULLER LEAD</p> <p>$21/Hour plus $2/hour attendance bonus</p> <ul> <li>Setting up cart order and placement of other pilers on the line throughout the day and at changeover. </li><li>Training of new employees </li><li>Ensure lumber is placed accurately and neatly into the appropriate cart and company quality specifications are met </li><li>Working in open warehouses and keeping work areas safe and clean </li><li>May perform other duties as required associated with handling of wood products </li><li>Ensure employees on line adhere to company safety rules and procedures </li><li>Assist other team members as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. </li><li>Must have some area of line lead experience. </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Must follow all established safety policies.
