<p>SUMMARY: Serves as a key member of the Company's Accounting Team, responsible for developing</p> <p>complex models and high-level dashboards, tracking the company's financial performance</p> <p>against plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create</p> <p>forecasts/budgets, and helping management make tactical and strategic decisions by</p> <p>providing periodic reports.</p> <p>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Produce and create yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, or daily reports including key </li></ul> <p>performance metrics and financial results.</p> <ul> <li>Assists with the preparation of the Company's periodic financial statements </li></ul> <p>accurately and timely, consistent with up-to-date accounting regulatory guidance and</p> <p>finance leadership expectations. Monitor actuals vs budget, investigating variances</p> <p>and proposing corrective actions.</p> <ul> <li>Provide analytical forecasting, reporting, and project support. Analyze the data </li></ul> <p>and collaborate with business partners on cross functional management</p> <p>initiatives.</p> <ul> <li>Create and analyze detailed financial models to support decision-making and assist </li></ul> <p>with change management initiatives.</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Accounting Team in other areas of support such as billing, collections, or adhoc reporting requirements. Identifying and driving efficiencies and controls in the </li></ul> <p>processes and tools.</p> <ul> <li>Support the budgeting, auditing and tax processes </li><li>Partner with all teams to ensure financial accuracy and provide financial information in a </li></ul> <p>clear and concise manner.</p> <ul> <li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Four-year degree from an accredited college, university, or technical institution with </li></ul> <p>coursework in Accounting/Finance, Analytics or business, or substitute 2 years'</p> <p>pertinent experience for each year of education.</p> <ul> <li>Previous skill, knowledge, or experience specifically in financial analysis or accounting. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license. </li></ul> <p>PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:</p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and lead well at all levels of the </li></ul> <p>organization and with external parties (e.g. customers).</p> <ul> <li>Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment </li></ul> <p>and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.</p> <ul> <li>High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. </li><li>Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. </li><li>Able to effectively manage multiple tasks within a complex organization, demonstrating </li></ul> <p>ability to plan, organize, implement, and control.</p> <p>OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment) </li><li>Strong working knowledge of Excel is essential. </li><li>Experience with Power BI for preferred.
