<p>Director, Corporate Communications</p> <p>The target hiring range for this position is $125,800-$136,900.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Director, Corporate Communications will build and direct a team of professional corporate communicators, that together are responsible for overseeing all internal communication to collaborators. The primary focus of this function is to develop a clear and unified organizational voice, assist functions in aligning with that voice, advise internal functions on appropriate communication techniques, manage executive social profiles, and oversee executive publication projects. This role will ensure the organization's strategy, vision, values, and pathway are well-represented in every internal communication, whether written, audio, video, or other channel.</p> <p>Role and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a strategic internal communications plan to enhance the company's brand voice among collaborators. </li><li>Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment cross-functionally. </li><li>Working with the social media manager, track social media conversations to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and work with social media manager to develop appropriate responses (if required). </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide communication support for various initiatives, such as divisional news, product launches, corporate announcements, and issues management when necessary. </li><li>Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives and campaigns using analytical tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. </li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market. </li><li>Assist executive leadership in preparing presentations, speeches, etc. </li><li>May serve as the company spokesperson </li><li>Build and maintain collaborator satisfaction survey on internal communication support and plan. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in an associated area, such as public relations, branding, journalism, communications, mass communications, etc. Master's degree preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated 5 years of experience overseeing medium to large organization's communication strategy. </li><li>Demonstrated 5 years of experience working closely with executives developing organizational communications. </li><li>Broad experience in corporate communications, including internal communications, social media, and content development and production. </li><li>Exceptional writing skills, as well as strong verbal communications skills. </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. </li></ul> <p>All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
