Since 1999, CCP has supported children, youth, and families across Connecticut - serving over 1,400 clients annually, many from the most vulnerable populations.</p> <p>Empower students with diverse learning needs by removing barriers, building confidence, and creating pathways to meaningful success in school and beyond!</p> <p>Why You'll Love Working Here</p> <p>We invest in you because when our team thrives, families thrive.</p> <p>Health & Wellness</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family. </li><li>Quarterly Wellness Experiences: Recharge, network, and stay at your best-professionally and personally. </li><li>Summer Fridays: Half-day Fridays during the summer to balance work and life. </li></ul> <p>Professional Growth</p> <ul> <li>Leadership Development: High-impact workshops, advanced training, and thought-leadership opportunities. </li><li>Lunch & Learns: Connect with internal and external experts while gaining new skills. </li></ul> <p>Culture & Recognition</p> <ul> <li>Recognition Awards: Celebrate achievements-big and small. </li><li>Culture Committees: Shape organizational strategy and culture. </li><li>Dress-Down Fridays: Relaxed Fridays encourage authentic connection. </li><li>Referral Bonus: Earn a bonus when your top-tier referrals join CCP. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary student support teams, educators, and leadership to design and implement individualized strategies that promote student success and remove barriers to learning. </li><li>Assess student needs by reviewing academic and behavioral records, conducting parent/guardian interviews, and analyzing socio-developmental and environmental factors to inform targeted interventions. </li><li>Deliver comprehensive individual and group counseling services aligned with IEP goals, supporting students' social-emotional growth, behavioral development, and overall well-being. </li><li>Facilitate restorative practices, including daily circles and conferences, to build community, resolve conflict, repair harm, and strengthen student accountability and relationships. </li><li>Lead and participate in Planning and Placement Team (PPT) and Manifestation meetings, contributing data-driven insights, written reports, and actionable recommendations. </li><li>Develop and implement attendance and intervention plans by engaging students and families, addressing root causes, and promoting consistent school engagement. </li><li>Partner with families and community agencies through ongoing communication, home visits, and resource coordination to ensure holistic student support beyond the classroom. </li><li>Monitor student progress by maintaining IEP compliance, preparing timely reports, and co-analyzing data related to social-emotional, behavioral, and attendance outcomes. </li><li>Strengthen school culture by contributing to PBIS/PBL initiatives, delivering professional development, and fostering an inclusive, relationship-centered environment where all students feel valued and supported. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program </li><li>At least 6 graduate-level credits in education </li><li>Completion of a supervised school-based practicum (minimum 400 hours) </li><li>Valid Connecticut School Social Worker certification (071 endorsement required) </li></ul> <p>Pay: 60,000- 80,000K</p> <p>Expected hours of work: 37.5 per week</p> <p>Children's Community Programs is a nonprofit organization and does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
