The onsite leader would be responsible for multiple functions including some or all of the following: manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, program management and local staff functions such as program finance, human resources and security.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage all facets of a work site. </li><li>Responsible for multiple functions including some or all of the following: manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, program management and local staff functions such as program finance, human resources and security. </li><li>Responsible for managing budget for the site. </li><li>Participate in the development of operational objectives and long- and short-term planning for the organization. </li><li>Advise senior leadership of business opportunities, challenges, and risks. </li><li>Develop and execute operating plans and budgets, both short and long term, to ensure performance baselines are achieved. </li><li>Provide local sponsorship of quality, customer satisfaction and employee retention initiatives. </li><li>Represent the Company as appropriate in its relationships with major customers, suppliers, competitors, government agencies, professional societies and similar groups. </li><li>Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development opportunities for direct reports. </li><li>Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>15+ yrs experience managing in technical, semiconductor or laser/optics industry </li><li>BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Optical Engineering preferred </li><li>P&L responsibility </li></ul> <p>U.S. Citizenship required.
