Our team of award-winning nurses is growing, and we are looking for talented, compassionate RNs to join our team.</p> <p>The Coordinator Inpatient Wound Continuum will:</p> <ul> <li>Perform patient assessments, implement care plans, and adhere to established standards of care. </li><li>Develop individual plan of care and goals with the patient. </li><li>Implement care plans, adhere to established standards of care and provides care as ordered by physician. </li><li>Evaluate effectiveness of intervention and revise plan of care as appropriate. </li><li>Maintain complete and accurate documentation. </li><li>Takes immediate action in an emergency situation as area demands. </li><li>Maintain a safe environment. </li><li>Assume responsibility and accountability for nursing care on assigned group of patients. </li><li>Demonstrate professional practice responsibility. </li><li>Address education needs of patient and significant other. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited RN program. </li><li>RN Licensed in the State of New Jersey </li><li>Attend Introductory Hyperbaric Training course (min. of 40 hours) as approved by Undersea Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS) or the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology (NBDHMT) or The American College of Hyperbaric Medicine (ACHM) highly desirable - required post hire. </li><li>ACLS and Wound Care Certification required. </li></ul> <p>PT days</p> <p>Salary Range: 78,853.00 - 126,194.00 USD</p> <p>We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data.
