<p>Job Purpose:</p> <p>Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes and systems that optimize production while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness. Support technical problem-solving and coordinate new process implementation using Lean Manufacturing principles.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage manufacturing launch for new/revised products </li><li>Create and update BOMs and routings in production systems </li><li>Design manufacturing processes and equipment to improve capability and quality </li><li>Create / update manufacturing instructions as designs are improved </li><li>Develop and test tools and machinery for improved manufacturing methods </li><li>Solve production workflow issues (bottlenecks, machine reliability, waste reduction) </li><li>Prepare facility/equipment layouts using CAD software </li><li>Provide technical guidance for manufacturing activities </li><li>Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and global teams </li><li>Prepare feasibility studies and cost justifications </li><li>Monitor production and implement efficiency improvements </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing Engineering preferred) </li><li>Knowledge of machine design, welding, and special processes </li><li>Strong leadership skills and self-motivation </li><li>Statistical Process Control (SPC) implementation ability </li><li>Proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks or Creo a plus) and MS Office </li><li>Strong Tooling and Fixture design </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years manufacturing experience </li><li>Lean Manufacturing experience or certification </li><li>Oil & Gas industry experience </li><li>Understanding of GD&T and dimensioning </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirement: This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to: <10%</p> <p></p> <p>#LI-KP1</p>
