This role operates in a structured, performance-driven environment where results, consistency, and professionalism are key.</p> <p>You will engage prospects by phone, identify needs, address basic objections, and confidently schedule appointments. This position involves a high call volume (20-30+ calls per hour), accurate CRM documentation, and close coordination with the sales team to ensure quality handoffs.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Monday-Thursday: 2:00 PM-8:00 PM</p> <p>Friday: Optional 2:00 PM-5:00 PM</p> <p>Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 AM-2:00 PM</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Hourly base pay with additional performance-based bonuses and weekly incentives tied to productivity and appointment quality.</p> <p>Ideal candidates:</p> <p>Demonstrate strong communication skills, comfort working toward performance metrics, reliability, and a willingness to follow proven processes while maintaining natural conversations.
