<p>Description</p> <p>A Restaurant Support Center Associate is responsible for the following:</p> <p>o Understand the operation of the business in accordance with restaurant Operations Manual, as it relates to your assigned areas of responsibility.</p> <p>o Create and maintain a positive work environment.</p> <p>o Achieve the sales levels and financial profitability of the Company in accordance with goals outlined by the shareholders of the Company.</p> <p>o Promote the Company within the buildings where the restaurants are located and within the communities that they serve.</p> <p>o Supervise and evaluate Associates as necessary to meet the operational and financial objectives of the Company.</p> <p>o Clean and maintain the Company's facilities and equipment. Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.</p> <p>o Work a schedule that is effective to maximize the operational and financial objectives of the Company.</p> <p>o Order supplies necessary for the operation of the Company's restaurants and office facilities while maintaining cost controls.</p> <p>o Maintain financial control over inventory in the Company's restaurants and office facilities.</p> <p>o Submit financial reports as required by your supervisor.</p> <p>o Comply with the Company's vacation policy.</p> <p>o Comply with the Company's gift policy.</p> <p>o Comply with the Company's travel policy.</p> <p>o Comply with the Company's paid holiday policy.</p> <p>o Comply with the Restaurant Support Center Dress Code.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>o Basic to advanced knowledge of restaurant operations depending on assigned duties</p> <p>o Positive attitude toward customers and other Associates</p> <p>o Good attendance record and punctuality</p> <p>o Follows company standards</p> <p>o Good communication skills</p> <p>o Satisfactory background and credit check</p>
