Assignment to this task will be on a fixed schedule (two days per week) and may require different work hours (ending as late as 5 PM) to fit with the needs of the Communication Center. </li></ul> <p>Answer emails directed to the Office of Unclaimed Funds Communication Center</p> <ul> <li>Read and interpret e-mails and attached correspondence; drafts responses, attach images to appropriate claims, request check status when necessary and complete change of address notifications. </li></ul> <p>Assist in training and helping new OA1's in performing their duties.</p> <ul> <li>Assist in OUF's training by reviewing work product (i.e.; letters) and their progress in processing claims; work with the UFE 1 on development and performance plans. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications Do you want a career with a purpose that provides work/life balance?
