<p>Location: Trillium Place PAY RANGE: $25.00 to $28.00/per hour</p> <p>Current Opening:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Full-time: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM</p> </li><li> <p>Part of a dining leadership weekend rotation</p> </li></ul> <p>The Dining Services Supervisor is to manage and oversee various areas of the dining department while ensuring a high degree of quality and acting as a representative of the department at all times. This position ensures that the policies and procedures implemented within the department are being followed and modeled and promotes teamwork while providing leadership to all areas within the department. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent required.</p> </li><li> <p>Associates degree from an accredited culinary program preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of four (4) years' experience as a Cook/Supervisor in a healthcare setting.</p> </li><li> <p>Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong basic communication, writing, and computer skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensures that all food cooking and preparation temperatures are accurately maintained.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in the development of resident and café menus.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares staff schedules and attends interviews.
