Longevity pay after 3 years.</p> <p>BENEFITS OFFERED: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance; Free LTD Insurance; Free Health Clinic; Retirement Pension; 14 Paid Holidays annually; Generous Paid Vacation and Sick Time</p> <p>POSITION TO BE FILLED: ASAP</p> <p>HOURS & DAYS OF WORK: 40 Hour Work Week</p> <p>LOCATION OF POSITION: Work Release Center, Goshen</p> <p>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Within County (please complete driving page on application)</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Incumbent serves as Case Manager for Elkhart County Community Corrections, responsible for managing large caseloads, including conducting participant evaluations, providing resources and assistance, and maintaining records/files and equipment.</p> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree/at least sixty (60) hours of college credit in counseling/psychology/sociology/ criminal justice or 4 years' experience in corrections/criminal justice required; Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>Ability to plan/layout assigned work projects, apply knowledge of people/locations, prepare detailed reports, and testify in legal proceedings/court </li><li>Excellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures and practices </li><li>Valid Indiana driver's license, first aid certification, CPR certification, AIDs/universal precautions training, Hepatitis B vaccine eligible. </li><li>Pre-employment background check and drug screen </li></ul> <p>Elkhart County Human Resources</p> <p>117 N.
