This progressive care unit provides nursing care for patients who are too ill for the general medical/surgical units, but do not need an intensive level of care in the the ICU. Population is general medicine, surgical, chronic vents (4 beds), bypass patients. We are a Stroke Certified unit.</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required</p> <p>Certification/Licensure</p> <ul> <li>Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing </li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) </li><li>ACLS </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <p>Must have two or more years of current acute care hospital experience.</p> <p>Hospital Overview</p> <p>Sentara Princess Anne Hospital, located in Virginia Beach, VA, is a Magnet Status, general medical and surgical facility with 160 beds.
