<p>Description</p> <p>This position is responsible for meeting the goals and objectives of the organization by working closely with Quality, Sales, Product Development and Production to provide high quality prepress operations including managing and leading the Pre-Press team and ensuring tools and materials are up to date, maintained and effective.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Drives organizational values that lead to a culture of safety and quality</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and guide team to provide high quality pre-press operations that meet or exceed specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Execution of color management for printing and proofing systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and lead the development and implementation of Pre-press workflow process improvements and automation.</p> </li><li> <p>Review electronic files received, impose as needed, plate to output device. Review files before plating.
