We are looking for a full stack developer with strong big data skills for real time and batch based systems.</p> <p>What you will be responsible for</p> <p>As Developer you will</p> <ul> <li>Perform the technical design, development, integration, and testing efforts for data using various development languages and tools to create quality solutions that meet the Realtime and batch based business requirements </li><li>Develops and maintains complex systems </li><li>Supports production systems to ensure business continuity </li><li>Works with key stakeholders to design solutions for complex requirements and lead from inception to production </li><li>Lead code review sessions & create technical design plans </li><li>Innovates on and advocates for best practices and improved team processes; mentors junior team members </li></ul> <p>What we value</p> <p>These skills will help you succeed in this role</p> <ul> <li>1 to 3 years of Full stack Developer with experience in Java, React JS and ORACLE SQL </li><li>Good to have knowledge on Scala, Big Data systems, pipelines and data processing. </li><li>Good understanding of Unix ecosystem and shell scripting. </li><li>Good understanding and hands on Microservices architecture and systems. </li><li>Familiarity with rule based job engines for batch based system </li><li>Familiarity with AWS </li><li>Understanding on various distributed file formats such as Apache AVRO, Apache Parquet and common methods in data transformation. </li><li>Experience in an Agile-based environment </li><li>Strong problem solving skills, adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership. </li><li>Strong communication and decision-making skills </li><li>Experience in Financial/Risk domain is a plus </li></ul> <p>Education & Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Masters or B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field </li><li>1 to 3 years of Full stack Developer with experience in Java, Scala, Big Data systems, pipelines and data processing. </li><li>Financial Services Background with Risk and Regulatory Experience </li></ul> <p>Additional requirements</p> <ul> <li>Communicate effectively in a professional manner both written and orally </li><li>Team player with a positive attitude enthusiasm initiative and self-motivation </li><li>Ability to multi-task energetic fast learner & problem solver </li></ul> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$70,000 - $118,750 Annual</p> <p>The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
