The main goal is to enhance user acquisition through offline channels.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Events & Activations: Organize and manage offline events, brand activations, and experiential marketing efforts to create meaningful connections with users and drive user growth</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with universities, local organizations, cultural influencers (but not only) to amplify BeReal's presence.</p> </li><li> <p>Campus Programs: Develop and oversee ambassador programs at schools and universities to drive organic adoption and engagement.</p> </li><li> <p>Referral & Word-of-Mouth Initiatives: Design creative incentive programs to encourage user referrals and organic brand advocacy.</p> </li></ul> <p>Profile</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline growth channels.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven leadership in managing and executing large-scale offline marketing campaigns.</p> </li><li> <p>Data-driven, highly organized, and adaptable in fast-paced environments, with the ability to measure offline impact and integrate insights into broader marketing strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Based in N.Y, Chicago or LA (or around)</p> </li></ul>
