<p>This is a temporary position being added for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year. This School Adjustment Counselor may work with students in grades K-8</p> <p>The role of the School Adjustment Counselor is to assist with the social and emotional needs of students. This is a comprehensive counseling position, encompassing duties similar to both a traditional guidance counselor as well as those of a traditional adjustment counselor. The School Adjustment Counselor supports the academic and behavioral success of BFCCPS students. The School Adjustment Counselor provides critical, differentiated services for those students identified as needing social and emotional support.</p> <p>BFCCPS opened in 1995 as one of the first Charter Schools in Massachusetts.
