They maintain a quality management team in their area through recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction. </li><li>Area Coaches enjoy teaching, developing, and mentoring managers and motivating multiple restaurant teams to work together and achieve the desired goals. </li><li>We have an environment of operational excellence, positive energy, growth mindset, bold goals and high standards. Additionally, above restaurant leaders receive technology and vehicle allowances.</p> <p>What You Bring to the Table:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college </li><li>Two years multi-unit leadership experience in either a food service or retail environment with full operational responsibilities including new asset development and rebuilds </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word </li><li>Ability to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performance </li></ul> <p>The pay range for this role is $68,000-$72,000</p>
