Always strives' to exceed guests' expectations </li><li>Utilize strong communication skills, while maintaining a constant & up-to-date vision of the restaurant </li><li>Proactive approach to set, pre-bus, bus, clear, and re-set tables </li><li>FOH organization; front desk, entry way, outside entry way </li><li>Maintain running knowledge of retail products </li><li>Complete on-going and shift side work duties </li><li>Shifts may include Brand Ambassador duties, such as working on or offsite sampling events </li><li>Performs other duties as directed </li></ul> <p>Requirements of the position:</p> <ul> <li>At least 1 year experience working in a casual or fine dining environment </li><li>Current OLCC & Food Handler Certifications at time of hire </li><li>Maintains a professional attitude and appearance </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team setting </li><li>Positive attitude </li><li>Able to lift up to 25 lbs. </li><li>Able to stand for long periods of time </li></ul>
