<p>Human Resources Operations Analyst</p> <p>Valley Health Partners, Allentown, PA</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Human Resource Operations Analyst will be responsible for independently performing a variety of HR operations including HR Analytics, oversight of the retirement savings program, and the HRIS system. This position directly oversees HRIS operations for the organization. They will support the design, deployment, and administration of HRIS programs and processes.</p> <p>HR Operations Analyst is responsible for evaluating existing HR processes and systems, pinpointing areas for improvement, and developing new solutions to improve efficiency across the organization. They also play a key role in developing and maintaining HR reporting, analytics, and general HR operational support. Data and analytics are a focus an HR Operations Analyst's job, and they will spend significant time preparing, producing and analyzing metrics, reports, and dashboards. The Human Resources Operations Analyst may also be responsible for LOA administration and compensation.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Five years of Human Resources experience with a strong focus on HR Operations, required. </li><li>More than five years of Human Resources experience in Benefits Administration or HRIS within healthcare or a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) preferred. </li><li>Experience with UKG, strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. </li><li>Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field preferred. </li></ul> <p>Skills Needed:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements both adopted and pending including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, PWFA, Section 125, Act 153, Medicare, Social Security, FLSA, EEOC and DOL requirements. </li><li>Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data management tools </li><li>Ability to interpret and convey complex data in a comprehensible manner. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Capability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintains, troubleshoots, and improves all HRIS systems and processes</p> </li><li> <p>Administers annual performance management program.</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>Understands various tables and build of HRIS system. Serves as the point person to educate managers on system. <p></p> </li><li> <p>Maintains specific information within HRIS system as needed. Serves as the point person with vendor.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains data integrity by running queries, analyzing data and communicates this information to end users.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in HRIS business requirements analysis, system testing and change management of system implementations, upgrades, patches and enhancements.</p> </li><li> <p>Runs, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools for ongoing customer needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Runs and monitors system processes to ensure accuracy of data.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains, reviews and verifies table configuration in system.</p> </li><li> <p>Reviews existing business processes, policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops and maintains a workforce scorecard that informs new HR initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Updates HRIS procedures and job aids for staff and end users</p> </li><li> <p>Implements new HRIS modules</p> </li><li> <p>Oversees HRIS system upgrades</p> </li><li> <p>May manage compensation for salary administration, job evaluation and merit and incentive programs as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage specified leave balance and absent management plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with employees seeking LOA information; explain policies and procedures to colleagues keeping mindful of the differences in LOA plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains leave balances including PTO and Sick for specified colleague population as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs day-to-day administration of specified health and wellness and retirement benefit programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as subject matter expert for the 403B retirement plan</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform quality checks of benefits-related data and run ad-hoc benefit reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in retirement and benefit plan compliance activities including annual retirement plan audits, IRS audits, non-discrimination testing, Form 5500 filings, and related communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates closely with other HR colleagues and finance team</p> </li></ul> <p>Location specific Information:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to Lift 10 lbs. box overhead. Lift and carry 15 lbs.
