Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <p>Leader Health & Safety Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure Team Members use or wear the protective equipment required by Vehtek Systems Advise Team Members of any potential hazards and/or provide written instructions as to the measures to protect the Team Member </li><li>Take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances for the protection of a Team Member and report any known contravention out of their control to their production manager </li><li>Conduct accident / incident investigations and implement corrective actions and Continued Improvements </li><li>Conduct monthly safety inspections and implement corrective actions </li><li>Correct unsafe acts or conditions </li><li>Correct or commends health & safety performance </li><li>Adhere to and comply with and exceed where possible all applicable federal, state, and OSHA environmental, health and safety laws, regulations, external & internal standards and other requirements in all of its operations which relate to its health, safety and environmental aspects </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Able to demonstrate understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction </li><li>Able to work well with others; build and maintain positive team member relations </li><li>Able to prepare, read and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures and guidelines </li><li>Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, team members, suppliers and customers </li><li>Able to maintain confidentiality, and use discretion and tact </li><li>Able to work flexible hours and overtime </li><li>Able to calculate figures and amounts, such as percentages and proportions </li><li>Able to use computer and software as required.
