To learn more, visit inhabit.com.</p> <p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>This position is responsible for assisting with the general ledger record keeping and in a timely manner to enable the Finance department to meet reporting deadlines.</p> <p>What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)</p> <ul> <li>Perform month-end close in accordance with internal close schedule </li><li>Prepare various accruals and ensure proper timing and classifications of expenses </li><li>Assist in preparation of financial reports and analyses of period close activities </li><li>Coordinate and engage in variance review meetings during close periods </li><li>Partner with FP&A and/or operation management to resolve non-reconciling items and other analysis of monthly activities. </li><li>Maintain completeness and accuracy of the general ledge accounts on a monthly basis through account reconciliations. </li><li>Review and assist in ownership of treasury, billing and accounts payable </li><li>Assist as needed on projects, such as internal and external audits </li><li>Assess and analyze areas for process improvements. </li></ul>
