You'll be a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and inclusive recruitment process and an outstanding candidate experience.Your key dutiesManage end-to-end recruitment for experienced hire roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, delivering offers, and conducting background checksEnsure data accuracy and integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment processBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and attending industry eventsDevelop trusted relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring processManage relationships with external recruitment vendorsYour skills and experienceBachelor's degree requiredMinimum 2 years of agency recruitment experience and 3 years of corporate recruitment experienceExperience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry preferredProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with ATS platformsInterest or experience in using AI tools for recruitment Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skillsProven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle confidential information with discretion What we offer you:Bring your knowledge and expertise to one of the world's most respected consultancies.Competitive salary range: $110,000 to $125,000.
