<p>Job#: 3023494</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Technology Risk Analyst</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with all relevant technology regulations and standards </li><li>Provide support for New York State Département of Financial Services (NYDFS) regulatory exercise including evidence gathering, </li></ul> <p>development of compliance briefings, and submission of annual attestation</p> <ul> <li>Assist and support in any audits including internal audits, external audits, carrier audits. </li><li>Help develop and deliver executive-level reporting across technology domains. </li><li>Collaborate with domain risk owners (AI, cyber, physical, product, and supply chain) to assess, document, and mitigate enterprise-level risks. </li><li>Maintain Cyber and IT Risk Register and include mitigation activities for Cyber and IT Risk </li><li>Maintain and update technology policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring consistency and alignment across diverse functions and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Help provide independent oversight and validation of technology controls, resilience planning, and compliance frameworks. </li><li>Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and corporate risk teams to ensure integration of risks into the broader enterprise risk posture. </li><li>Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement in governance and risk management practices. </li><li>Support the integration and maintenance of regulatory data into the organization's AuditBoard platform. </li><li>Desired Qualifications </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Experience in enterprise security and technology governance, assurance, or risk management, ideally spanning multiple Technology </li></ul> <p>disciplines.</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of governance frameworks and their implementation </li><li>Experience in risk management and compliance </li><li>Strong understanding of cybersecurity and technology principle and general knowledge of cybersecurity and IT technologies </li><li>Ability to be comfortable working on multiple, complex issues and projects within defined timelines </li><li>Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, Cybersecurity Profile) and risk assessment methodologies. </li></ul> <p>EEO Employer</p> <p>Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
