This multifaceted role is crucial for ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods, supporting our production and procurement teams, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Daily tasks include goods handling (receiving, storing, packing, loading), inventory support, wrapping and packing of finished product and maintaining warehouse orderliness.</p> <p>As with all roles at our company, we expect our team members to be willing to bring flexibility and a positive attitude to their day-to-day work. If we need help packing a truck, we pack the truck. If the floors need sweeping, etc.</p> <p>Direct Manager: Production Manager</p> <p>Hours & Schedule:</p> <p>Expected Weekly Hours: 40 with occasional overtime</p> <p>Travel Expectations: None</p> <p>Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM</p> <p>Oncall: No</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Wrapping and packing of finished goods</p> </li><li> <p>Working hand in hand with our Procurement team receiving inbound goods and materials, unboxing and storing those items in their designated locations</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting with staging and loading of outbound goods.</p> </li><li> <p>General housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, trash disposal and emptying dust collectors.</p> </li><li> <p>Daily forklift operation.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needs, and submitting requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow all Safety Rules and regulations in alignment with OSHA standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Other tasks as required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Self-starter able to take initiative and work independently.</p> </li><li> <p>High attention to detail and organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Positive 'can-do' attitude with a strong willingness to assist wherever needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior warehouse and/or receiving experience is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift 75 lbs.</p> </li></ul>
