In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth office operations by managing receptionist responsibilities, supporting administrative functions, and maintaining client confidentiality. If you thrive in a professional business environment, possess strong technical acumen, and can provide elevated concierge style customer service we invite you to join our dynamic team.</p> <p>Essential Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Greet and properly direct all clients and guests. Be responsive to client's needs upon arrival and handle inquiries with a hospitality-focused approach</p> </li><li> <p>Answer a multi-line telephone and give appropriate information to callers or route calls to appropriate party while demonstrating professional telephone etiquette</p> </li><li> <p>Manage multiple conference rooms and guest space calendars. The management of conference space requires detail-oriented correspondence with meeting organizers and other administrative staff through an internal conference scheduling system</p> </li><li> <p>Register all guests and clients properly with the building security system</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with guests' belongings (coats, luggage) and escort them to conference rooms</p> </li><li> <p>Order, prepare, and clean up catering as necessary for client meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with administrative staff and premises department to maintain the appearance of the reception area, conference rooms, pantries, and restrooms</p> </li><li> <p>Complete special projects for management as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years professional work experience preferably as a Receptionist</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience in a client service field preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multitask with attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred Shift: 10:00a.m to 7:00p.m</p> </li></ul> <p>The Compensation range for this role is 27.87 to 31.25 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.</p> <p>This position is part of the Opensity Solutions team.
