Together, over 6,500 dedicated professionals will deliver over 1 billion gallons of propane from 1,800+ distribution points across the United States.</p> <p>Posting</p> <p>Job Summary (Purpose):</p> <p>The Customer Digital Experience (CDX) Business Process Analyst I (BPA I) position will be responsible for the support and improvement of key customer-facing digital experiences on AmeriGas.com and MyAmeriGas.com as well as digital communications via email, text alert, online chat, mobile app push notifications (future), and online Message Center. This position provides user experience, technical, and functional expertise in the areas of defining business requirements and process workflows for digital enhancements, defects, and projects of all sizes. The BPA I also provides project management support and meeting facilitation for these initiatives.</p> <p>Key Characteristics:</p> <ul> <li>Works directly in CDX and works closely with key business groups, Senior Product Manager, Senior BPA, testing resources, and IT to define new areas of improvement. </li><li>Participates in daily status calls, product/feature prioritization sessions, design reviews, metrics reviews, and other related project meetings. </li><li>Develops business process maps and documents business/user experience requirements to hand over to Technology Center teams, vendors, or contractors to build out desired digital changes. </li><li>Provides project management leadership to ensure new initiatives are delivered as promised to the business. </li><li>Serves as a subject matter expert on digital channel functionality and experiences. Keeps current with emerging technology and aids business and projects with innovating new digital solutions and features. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proven intellectual curiosity, asks probing questions, business analyst skills to quickly assess and understand a new business requirement and translate back to IT to deliver solution. </li><li>Ability to support creation of compelling business cases for Project Management Office consideration. </li><li>Creates clear user stories with desired outcomes that meet key process indicators (KPIs). </li><li>Great attitude that always exudes a "can do" approach. </li><li>Helps with creation of testing scenarios and performs user acceptance testing (UAT) when product is available in lower environments. </li><li>Assists training team with development of training materials and communications for upcoming changes. </li><li>Strong ability to build relationships within both business and IT. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for analyzing and evaluating business requirements of varying complexity to determine appropriate solution. </li><li>Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet objectives and deadlines. </li><li>Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Power Point, and data analysis. </li><li>Familiarity with AI tools and DevOps a plus. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>2-4 years of process improvement or related experience </li><li>Ability to communicate verbally and especially in writing at a professional level and to distill complex requirements into a layperson's understanding with conciseness, clarity, and accuracy. </li><li>Effective relationship building skills and strong skills in coordination, project management, organizational, and time management skills. </li><li>Experience with and emphasis on requirements analysis. </li></ul> <p>Working conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid work schedule requires three days in our King of Prussia, Pennsylvania headquarters (Tuesday-Thursday) with Monday and Friday remote work.
