<p>JobID: 210689467</p> <p>Category: Asset Servicing</p> <p>JobSchedule: Full time</p> <p>Posted Date: 2025-12-11T17:25:54+00:00</p> <p>JobShift:</p> <p>Base Pay/Salary: Brooklyn,NY $88,350.00-$128,000.00</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure timely and accurate completion of Controls, Checks, Instructions, and Queries on a daily basis. </li><li>Manage group email boxes and internal enquiry management tools to resolve queries within prescribed service levels. </li><li>Collaborate with Product, Network Management, Sub custodians, and vendors to resolve operational issues. </li><li>Manage individual workload to meet team and departmental deadlines and objectives. </li><li>Review and update processes or procedures to minimize risk and improve operations. </li><li>Provide support, guidance, and training to enhance the global client experience. </li><li>Adhere to all departmental procedures, policies, checkpoints, and controls. </li><li>Assist the Senior Manager in managing the instruction process and balancing team workloads. </li><li>Review manual Controls for Timely Execution and Checks for accuracy. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Essential financial services background, within a Custody or Asset Servicing environment (Income / Corporate Actions).</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of experience in Asset Services, Corporate Actions or Custody activities</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of risk reduction in a risk-based environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience demonstrating strategic and analytical thinking.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a changing environment, learning, documenting, and implementing new processes efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with management, clients, and colleagues.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Relevant degree education preferred; non-degree candidates with a proven track record will be considered. </li><li>Experience with Asset Servicing operating systems/platforms preferred (TCS BaNCS or third-party vendor management advantageous). </li><li>Knowledge of market processes, requirements, and regulations. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office. </li></ul>
