<p>Credit Analyst</p> <p>Vinita, Ketchum, Grove OK</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Provide support to the Lending Department in the on-going credit evaluation of existing and prospective customers, including Commercial & Industrial and Investment Real Estate. The Credit Analyst analyzes the financial health of commercial borrowers and is responsible for gathering and reviewing credit information making recommendations for credit lines based on required criteria. The Credit Analyst interacts with a variety of professionals and represents the bank in interactions with clients and other professionals.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Prepare relationship, collateral, loan agreement compliance and profitability summaries</p> <p>Prepare industry research</p> <p>Prepare financial analysis memorandums</p> <p>Prepare loan memorandums</p> <p>Attend loan committee meeting to include presentation of credit requests</p> <p>Attend weekly sales meetings</p> <p>Research, identification and development of prospects</p> <p>Customer and prospect calls</p> <p>Develop information requests for credit and/or deposit and treasury service opportunities</p> <p>Prepare term sheets for credit requests</p> <p>Complete all required compliance training by established deadlines</p> <p>Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.</p> <p>Perform other job duties and special projects as assigned</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
