<p>Identify key steps required to ensure smooth open enrollment process for Nortech U.S. in 2025 including comprehensive communication strategy.</p> <p>Build and execute project plan, collaborating with existing team to execute actions required.</p> <p>Assist in Nortech's efforts to monitor and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other benefits-related laws.</p> <p>Manage benefits communications, including open enrollment periods, benefits orientations, and employee education sessions. Leverage partners where possible to optimize efficiencies</p> <p>Oversee the administration of benefits plans, including enrollment, changes, terminations, and reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related transactions.</p> <p>Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to employee benefits. Recommend and implement improvements as needed.</p> <p>Collaborate with benefit providers, brokers, and vendors to evaluate options and make recommendations to VP of People Operations and CEO on benefit enhancements & changes.</p> <p>Offer input to help Nortech set up, communicate and manage our Health & Wellness Programs most effectively.</p> <p>Work with colleagues in People Operations to communicate changes with our compensation & benefits programs when necessary.</p> <p>The pay for this role is $55.00 hourly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other candidate qualifications.</p>
