<p>We are seeking an A&R Manager to contribute to efforts in the development of our recorded music roster. This role will be responsible for the growth of the MNRK Music/Dualtone rosters in the Rock, Country, Alt-Country and Americana space.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Identifying and signing exceptional artists, with a focus on long-term career development and market impact. </li><li>Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key industry influencers, managers, agents, and other music professionals. </li><li>Collaborating with artists to shape and execute their musical vision. </li><li>Providing creative guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the recording process, ensuring that each artist's sound is unique and resonates with global audiences. </li><li>Contributing to the development of creative assets, including music videos, promotional materials, and digital content. </li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify the record label's presence. </li><li>Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to assess the market for potential new artists for the MNRK/Dualtone rosters. </li><li>Staying informed about emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in the music industry. </li><li>Partnering with the Marketing team to develop and execute innovative strategies and release schedules that showcase our artists and roster. </li></ul> <p>What Makes You Qualified:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years in A&R or related roles, with a strong track record of discovering, developing, and successfully managing artists in the Rock/Country/Americana genres. </li><li>Proven track record of excellent organizational skills. </li><li>Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Deep understanding of music production, sample clearances, studio culture, and other relevant A&R channels. </li><li>Passion for music, creativity, and innovation, with a keen awareness of industry trends and developments. </li><li>Well-established relationships with music professionals, including artists, producers, managers, agents, and label executives.
